Key Personnel is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a company in the Oklahoma City, OK area.
Administrative Assistant Pay Rate: $18-24/hr. DOE
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Wrote and distribute emails, memos, letters, faxes, and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Develop and maintain a filing system for easy retrieval of information
  • Ordered and maintained office supplies, ensuring the office is well stocked
  • Provide general administrative support to visitors and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Updated and maintain office policies and procedures
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
