Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced corporate recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This position will focus on sourcing and hiring top talent, adding to our current recruitment and HR staff. The role is based at our corporate office in Ashburn, VA, and operates in a hybrid format, combining in-office work with remote work.
As a Corporate Recruiter at DSI Tech, you will oversee the entire recruitment process from start to finish, utilizing full life cycle recruitment to ensure a seamless experience. You will collaborate with a dedicated HR team, which includes an HR Generalist, a Corporate Recruiter, and a Senior HR Business Partner.

Position Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organization, including sales, project management, accounting, and engineering.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create customized job descriptions and specifications.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including networking, social media, and industry-specific job boards, to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment process for each position, including candidate outreach, interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluations to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent by engaging with potential candidates and nurturing relationships.
- Leverage an applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process and track key metrics.
- Attract applicants by placing job advertisements on newsgroups, social media, and job sites while ensuring our internal and external websites are up-to-date with current job openings.
- Administer background checks and conduct reference checks.
- Provide hiring managers with regular updates and insights into the recruitment process, candidate pipelines, and market trends.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications / Skills / Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a combination of education and experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, focusing on sourcing and hiring for sales and corporate roles.
- Experience with full life cycle recruitment for Sales professionals (both inside and outside), Engineering, and other positions such as Directors, Project Managers, and Bids/Proposals professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and collaborate with internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- AIRS certification (PRC) (Professional Recruiter Certification) is a plus.
