Senior Recruiter (Senior Talent Advisor)

HERE'S THE GIST:
As a Full-Cycle Business Development & Recruiter, you will use our lead generation sources and company database to identify employers who may be potential customers of Luxus. In addition, you will engage with these companies in order to sell our employee placement services.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Prospect for potential new clients and business opportunities by networking, cold calling, and generating interest from potential referral sources.
- Consistently close new accounts and upsell key accounts
- Become an expert in select target market segments.
- Track account activity to identify churn risk and work proactively to eliminate that risk
- Partners with the hiring manager to determine staffing needs
- Negotiate Professional Services Agreements, Statements of Work, and other Contract Documents.
- Develop prospects into candidates. Engage, sustain relationships, screen, and interview.
- Schedules interviews; preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Actively source candidates leveraging social media channels and creative sourcing techniques to attract talent and develop candidate engagement.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process
- Interact with potential candidates and clients through a variety of professional networks and internal ATS (ie. LinkedIn, Indeed)
- Coordinate, craft, and send emails to attract new business.
REQUIREMENTS
- Most importantly: a positive attitude - we are looking for people who truly care about helping others!
- Use of Boolean and other search options to find qualified candidates
- Ability to network with community leaders, organizations, and professionals in the local market.
- Experience in recruiting or in a consultative phone sales environment such as insurance, financial services, mortgages, real estate.
- A strong negotiator with a track record of successfully closing deals
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to practice empathic communication, including a high degree of attentiveness to detail, as well as superhuman interpersonal skills
