2024-219522 JOB OVERVIEW: The Executive Director is responsible for overall leadership, management, and success of their community. Responsibilities include financial management, hiring, supervising, training, team member relations, communication, family services, resident well-being, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. A key component is ownership of the Sales and Marketing process to ensure maximization of revenue and market position. RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS: Responsibilities: Inspiring Others: Motivates individuals toward higher levels of performance aligned with the organization’s vision. Guiding Team Success: Builds, motivates, and guides a cohesive team to complete goals. Coaching and Developing Others: Provides feedback and development guidance to help others excel. Creating a Culture of Trust: Fosters a work environment that encourages integrity and respect. Leading Change: Drives organizational changes needed to achieve strategic objectives. Customer Focus: Ensures customer perspectives drive business decisions and processes. Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance: Strives for excellent care and service delivery. Family Services: Maintains proactive communication with families and encourages involvement. Business Development and Top Line Growth: Builds relationships that drive business into the community. Driving for Results: Sets high goals and works to meet or exceed them. Business Acumen: Uses knowledge of market trends to improve organizational results. Operational Decision Making: Secures information from multiple sources to identify business issues. Qualifications: College degree preferred; management experience may be required per state/provincial requirements. Administrator’s License/certification may be required per state/provincial requirements. Prior General Manager/Administrator experience focused on growing both top and bottom lines. Previous management experience including hiring, coaching, and leading a team through change. Previous sales experience preferred. Passion for working with seniors. Excellent written and verbal skills for effective communication. Proficient in organizational and time management skills.
