A Day in the Life of an Inside Sales Recruiter

You will assist in determining your workflow & schedule based on what is necessary to achieve performance. Your primary responsibility is to fill Inside Sales Training Classes with the right talent. Daily activities will include:

• Continual efforts toward your Individual Leadership Plan
• Sourcing potential candidates through multiple methods including employee referrals, community contacts, job boards, social media, colleges, etc
• Building & maintaining relationships with a large contact base of potential candidates and connectors
• Administration & reviewing of sales assessments
• Reviewing resumes & screening candidates
• Conducting interviews
• Collaborating closely with Inside Sales leadership on hiring decisions, forecasting and KPIs
• Making offers to, and closing on new recruits
• Building & managing internal relationships
• Providing regular status reports and projections to Talent Acquisition leadership
• Involvement in Talent Acquisition team meetings
• Involvement in Talent Acquisition initiatives as assigned

• 2 + years of recruiting, sales or sales management experience

• High level of professionalism
• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft office
• CRM - contact management experience
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System preferred
