Responsibilities
•Recruit top sales talent to meet quarterly and yearly quotas and ensure exceptional client service by conducting interviews, selecting, hiring onboarding, and coaching for productivity.
•Generate leads and recruit Sales Associates effectively.
•Organize and manage schedules for recruiting meetings, events, and other related activities.
•Actively participate in events and initiatives aimed at recruiting efforts.
Qualifications
•Experience in recruiting is preferred for this role, although having worked as a Real Estate Agent in the last 2-3 years and being familiar with the industry is acceptable.
•The ideal candidate should possess 2-3 years of real estate sales experience, with being in the top 5% of their office considered a strong asset.
•Understanding basic financial reporting such as P&Ls and utilizing this knowledge for making sound business decisions is crucial.
•The individual should have ambitious goals and be seeking a platform to achieve those aspirations.
