Compensation
- Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000.
- OTE: $140,000 (Profit Sharing, Hire Bonuses)
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
- Bonuses - Considered after a 60-day period

Responsibilities:As the Real Estate Recruiter, you will be responsible for growing our team of high-performing agents while maintaining a positive and productive office culture. Key duties include:
- Recruit top talent: Identify, recruit, and hire high-potential real estate agents on a weekly basis.
- Promote Market Center value: Clearly communicate the unique value proposition of our office to prospective agents.
- Conduct training and onboarding: Assist new agents in successfully transitioning into our office and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Lead regular meetings: Host weekly sales and business development sessions to keep agents engaged and informed.
- Staff management: Oversee staff professionalism and performance, ensuring they support agents effectively.
- Analyze market trends: Research local competition and adjust recruitment and marketing strategies accordingly.
- Performance reviews: Conduct regular reviews with agents and staff to maintain accountability and continuous improvement.
- 2–3 years of proven success in real estate or recruiting, with a passion for building high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry, particularly within residential sales.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented with a talent for setting clear expectations and holding yourself and others accountable.
- Ability to analyze key metrics and implement strategic improvements.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including MLS and basic financial reporting.
Who are we?
One of the fastest growing Keller Williams offices in FL, has an amazing opportunity for a Team Leader/CEO! This is a Full-Time position for an energetic, enthusiastic and “non-selling" Team Leader. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success as a leader, and will be well-versed in KW systems and business models (this is not a requirement). Relocation to the FL market is required and okay if needed.
