Position Summary:
If you’re ready to kick-start your career in recruitment and play a key role in shaping the future of our workforce, we are seeking an energetic, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Entry-Level Recruiter to join our recruitment team in the fast-paced and growing renewable energy industry. As an essential part of our talent acquisition process, the recruiter will support high-volume hiring needs by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the construction field, including laborers, tradespeople, project managers, and skilled technicians. Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media platforms, recruitment databases, and networking events to proactively source and identify top talent for high-demand construction roles.
- Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications based on job requirements. Schedule and conduct initial interviews to determine fit for open positions.
- Job Advertising: Write and post job advertisements for open positions on a variety of platforms, ensuring job descriptions are clear, accurate, and compelling.
- Candidate Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates by keeping in touch with potential hires and maintaining relationships for future job openings.
- Data Management & Reporting: Track candidate activity and recruitment progress in Bamboo (ATS). Provide weekly reports to recruitment team leads on open positions, candidate status, and other key metrics.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including maintaining candidate records, updating spreadsheets, and scheduling interviews.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus but not required.
- Experience:
- No prior recruitment experience required, but prior exposure to customer service, staffing, or administrative roles is a plus.
- Experience in the construction industry is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
- Ability to efficiently review a high volume of applicants and quickly assess the candidate’s suitability for the role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle a high volume of candidates and positions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Bamboo (ATS) is a plus.

- Bilingual/Spanish speaking desired.
