Our Education Staffing division specializes in placing special education teachers, school psychologists, speech language pathologists, behavioral health professionals, occupational therapists, nurses, and other essential roles in K-12 schools.  Our mission is to enhance educational outcomes by connecting skilled professionals with schools in need.


We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. This role focuses on sourcing, recruiting, and placing candidates in contract positions at the schools we support. The ideal candidate will be proactive in building a pipeline of talent, qualifying candidates, and managing the interview and offer negotiation process.

 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize our database, job boards, and various internet sites to identify and attract qualified candidates for open roles.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Qualifying Candidates: Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles.
  • Negotiating Compensation: Discuss and negotiate pay rates and compensation packages with candidates, ensuring alignment with both candidate expectations and client needs.
  • Candidate Management: Provide ongoing support to candidates after placement, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction in their roles.
  • Internet Savvy: Stay up-to-date with online recruiting tools and strategies to effectively source and engage potential candidates.



Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the staffing industr Education industry experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of the recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on phone outreach and relationship management.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, KPI-driven environment
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple candidates and placements simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Salary

  • $60,000 - $70,000, based on experience.
  • Commission eligible.
