Job Title: Industrial Staffing Recruiter/Sales Role (Labor Focus) Location: North Brunswick, NJ (On-site/On the road. Company: Paragon Staffing, LLC. Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Industrial Staffing Recruiter with a focus on labor recruitment to join our team. The Industrial Staffing Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting labor workers for our industrial clients. This position requires a deep understanding of the labor market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in recruiting and sales.

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Responsibilities: Identify and source potential labor candidates through various channels, including online job boards, local networks, and community organizations

 

  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including phone interviews, to evaluate qualifications, experience, and readiness for the roles

 

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific labor staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies

 

  • Match the candidates with suitable job opportunities based on their skills, experience, and availability

 

  • Assist in the onboarding process, including conducting background checks, verifying credentials, and ensuring candidates meet necessary requirements

 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions, ensuring a high level of data integrity

 

  • Stay informed about labor market trends, wage rates, and industry dynamics to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates

 

  • Qualifications: Proven track record as a recruiter, particularly in high-volume labor recruitment, including staffing for both seasonal and long-term positions in temporary facilities

 

  • Knowledge of labor recruitment techniques and best practices

 

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software

 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

 

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and company policies, including labor laws and safety regulations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions, ensuring a high level of data integrity
  • Stay informed about labor market trends, wage rates, and industry dynamics to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates

Pay Rate: $50,000. Plus Commission. Heavily commission driven.
