Description We are looking for a meticulous Human Resources Administrator to join our team in the tech industry located in Fremont, California. This role revolves around technical recruiting and sourcing, managing candidate information through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and screening candidates. This position is based on site in Fremont, CA Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8AM to 5PM Anticipated contract duration is until late December 2024 or January 2025 (Must be available to work during the holiday season) Responsibilities: Assist with and lead technical recruiting efforts, sourcing potential candidates with relevant skills and experience Screen resumes to identify suitable candidates for various roles within the organization Utilize LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms to connect with potential candidates Manage and operate the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) effectively to monitor candidate progress Conduct thorough background checks to ensure compliance with company policies Address candidate inquiries promptly and professionally Regularly update and maintain accurate records of all candidates and their application status Collaborate with the team to ensure all benefit functions are effectively communicated to the candidates Actively participate in compliance activities to meet company and industry standards Utilize experience in technical recruiting to contribute to the overall efficiency of the recruitment process. Provide administrative/coordinator support to the HR team as needed Requirements Proven experience in Technical Recruiting or related support. HR coordinator support experience Familiarity with Applicant Track System is required. Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred. Prior experience in a similar role within the Tech Engineering industry is a plus. Proficiency in using HR software and computer systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
