Description We are on the lookout for an Administrative Coordinator in the financial services industry, located in Nashville, Tennessee. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be entrusted with a myriad of administrative tasks, such as handling customer inquiries, maintaining customer records, and processing applications. Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage calendars efficiently, ensuring all appointments and meetings are updated Maintain and manage customer credit records accurately Answer inbound calls and address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Utilize CRM for maintaining customer records and tracking interactions Assist in budget processes and ensure all financial data is up to date Process customer applications with a keen eye for detail Utilize tools such as ADP - Financial Services, Banner Ads, Cisco Webex Meetings, and Concur for various administrative tasks Maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders, ensuring information is relayed accurately and timely Utilize the 'About Time' tool for effective time management across various tasks. Requirements Applicants must have proficient knowledge in ADP - Financial Services. Experience in designing and managing Banner Ads is essential. Must be familiar with Cisco Webex Meetings for coordinating virtual meetings and webinars. Proficiency in Concur for travel and expense management is required. Candidates must have experience in CRM for managing company's relationships and interactions with customers. Knowledge in About Time software for mobile resource management is crucial. Must have experience in Answering Inbound Calls and providing customer support. Understanding of Budget Processes and financial planning is required. Applicants must be skilled in Calendar Management for scheduling meetings and appointments. Strong Communication skills are essential for effectively conveying information.
