Description We are offering a contract-to-hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator in Carpinteria, California. The role involves coordinating administrative activities in compliance with various regulations and maintaining organized records in the education sector. Responsibilities: Foster and maintain relationships with campus partners to facilitate effective policy communication. Keep informed about federal and state laws and regulations. Manage a database to track disability accommodations and Title IX incidents. Collaborate with other institutional offices for cohesive efforts. Provide guidance on Title IX and ADA/Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. Ensure confidentiality and privacy of student records. Distribute and manage compliance for Disabilities Accommodation Letters for enrolled students annually. Conduct and document fair, timely investigations, maintaining comprehensive records. Write detailed investigative reports outlining issues, policies, and supporting evidence. Research and stay updated on academic and compliance regulations across various states. Assist with confidential documents for the Board of Trustees. Perform additional duties as assigned, which may include paralegal tasks.
