Description We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator based in Reading, Pennsylvania. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will primarily be involved in managing calendars, drafting correspondence, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining records. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, which will enable you to contribute significantly to our team's operations. Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate calendars, including arranging appointments and scheduling meetings. Draft and revise correspondence as needed. Regularly monitor and manage email inboxes, responding to general inquiries and flagging urgent matters for immediate attention. Plan and schedule board and committee meetings, including the preparation of agendas, documents, and follow-up materials. Act as a point of contact between various internal and external stakeholders. Maintain detailed and accurate records of communications and confidential documents. Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as directed. Ensure the safekeeping of confidential documents and correspondence. Employ skills in Calendar Management and Confidential Correspondence to optimize workflow and efficiency. Requirements Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar administrative role. Excellent calendar management skills, with the ability to coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and deadlines. Experience handling confidential correspondence and documents, ensuring they are stored and disposed of in a secure manner. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. Proficient in using office software and systems, including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle issues promptly and effectively. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field is preferred.
