Exciting Opportunity for Entry-Level Bi-Lingual Recruiter

With a focus on candidate pre-screening and qualifying calls, this role offers the perfect blend of responsibilities for someone who is just starting off their recruiting career. This is an in-office, non-remote, position in our Tampa Corporate office.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily outbound qualifying calls to identify viable job seekers.
Generate and qualify job seekers via pre-established pipelines, and targeted research.
Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and data in our ATS system.
Collaborate closely with the Sr. Recruiting team to discuss potential business opportunities.

Requirements:

Associate or Bachelors degree required.
Fluent in English and Spanish is a MUST
Excellent verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Eagerness to learn and grow within a structured recruiting process.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
