Key Responsibilities:

Engage in outbound qualifying calls to identify potential leads and prospects.

Utilize creative strategies to generate and qualify leads through targeted research and outreach.

Assist in the recruiting process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for open positions.

Build strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the hiring process and ensuring a positive experience.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and candidate data in our CRM system.

Collaborate closely with the sales and HR teams to align recruiting efforts with business objectives.

Requirements:

Associates or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Eagerness to learn and grow in both sales and recruiting domains.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

0-3 years of experience in sales, recruiting, or a related field.
