MDMartin Staffing is currently seeking a High-Volume Spanish Bilingual Recruiter.
As a Recruiter, you will find, interview, and qualify great candidates for contract and direct hire roles. Your day will be spent engaging with people in person, over the phone, and via email. You will also play an integral role in coaching your candidates throughout every step of the job search process - from resume editing tips & tricks, to interview pointers and job offers. In the time not spent finding the next great candidate for the job, you will be meeting with your team to discuss open positions, posting advertisements for open jobs, and utilizing online sourcing tools and resources.
This job requires a great deal of creativity, personal initiative, and independent judgment. MDMartin will rely on you not just to find good candidates, but to select them from among the many individuals who will be applying, and then to match them with the right clients, jobs, and work environments.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- · Recruit and source potential and passive candidates through job postings, direct channels, social media, internet sourcing, extensive name generation research, relationship building, and networking events.
- · Manage the screening/interview process (ensure qualified candidates are thoroughly vetted before presenting, ensure a quick turnaround on requests to schedule interviews, debrief with interview panelists, and provide timely feedback to candidates).
- · Curate and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and create talent maps supporting recruitment strategies.
- · Manage multiple open job orders, demonstrating an ability to prioritize and meet expectations around the volume and quality of candidates, including providing recruiting metrics.
- · Interview walk-ins or candidate call-ins who are looking for employment.
- · Coordinate candidate assessments if applicable.
- · Coordinates interviews with hiring managers, including routing schedules and resumes, gathering interview candidate feedback, and scheduling pre-employment and skills testing.
- · Partner with Client Relationship Management, Human Resources, and hiring leaders to understand business priorities personnel requirements, and provide market analysis and intelligence.
- · Organize and attend career events and trade shows based on business needs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- ·Minimum of 3 years experience recruiting for entry-level, mid-level, and Sr. level professionals.
- · Manufacturing, labor, or skilled trade experience a plus.
- · Proven track record of successfully fulfilling high-volume recruiting goals and demanding deadlines.
- · Knowledge of state and federal laws/regulations related to employment and general personnel practices.
- · Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- · Must pass a pre-employment background check.
- · Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- · Computer literate and savvy with social media.
- · Occasional travel to attend career fairs, networking events, and colleges is required.
