The annual salary range for this role is $55,000 - $58,320 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location. What will I be doing?

As a Security Manager, you would be responsible for directing and administering the implementation of all safety and security programs and initiatives to ensure the safety of guests and team members and the security of the hotel and property. Specifically, you would perform the following tasks to the highest standards: Direct and administer all Security operations and functions, including preserving the safety and security of guests, team members, and the facility, promoting safe work practices, ensuring OSHA compliance, managing lost and found, budgeting and forecasting, and adhering to federal, state, and local standards. Direct and administer the patrol of the hotel and property to observe and identify potential safety and security risks. Lead investigations of accidents, thefts, property loss, and unlawful activities. Respond to emergency situations including safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life and property. Serve as primary liaison with federal, state, and local law enforcement. Oversee the administration and accuracy of all required reports and documentation. Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner. Monitor and develop team member performance, including providing supervision, scheduling, conducting counseling and evaluations, and delivering recognition and reward.
