Complex Director of Business Travel Sales and Specialty Markets
with
Hilton Hawaiian Village and Waikoloa Village , you would be responsible for representing the services and facilities for both properties to prospective business travel sales clients and customers within the local and national market. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Building and establishing relationships with local transient clients Responding to leads via proposals for National RFP accounts Responding to local corporate leads from potential clients and current customers seeking sleeping rooms and/or food and beverage services Creating relationships and establishing contracts with LNR/CNR Accounts Initiating new sales, prospecting and qualifying leads, and soliciting potential clients Hosting and entertaining clients and maintaining client accounts Conducting property site visits and answering questions Determining rates, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and servicing accounts Developing sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed established revenue and room night goals Partnering with operations departments to ensure full participation in servicing accounts In this role, you will also be responsible for Military/Government and airline crew.
