Responsibilities
The Senior Director will work closely with the account Client Success lead and Strategy team to establish annual and campaign level program goals, strategies, and tactics
Ensures on-strategy, on-time and on-budget development, creation and execution of omni channel/audience driven, direct marketing fundraising programs for one of the agency's largest clients
Serve as a primary contact to the client, as well as to internal and external partners, from program initiation through invoicing and results
Facilitate the team effort, making sure all parties' needs are being met in a timely manner, parties include analytics, strategy, data, creative and production teams
The candidate should have a solid understanding of the direct response fundraising, direct marketing space and related key programs such as individual, monthly/sustainer, multi-cultural/international and mid-level giving, the KPIs and the channels that support them
Primary day-to-day program lead, supporting the integrated team to develop and execute, audience driven, omni-channel programs
Solid understanding of data, data platforms and analytic components of a program
Assist in communicating client goals, client brand standards and Moore best practices
Work with the Strategist to gain a thorough understanding of the strategic goals, fundraising objectives and marketing plans for one of the agency's largest clients
Gain a clear understanding of client personalities and hot buttons, working toward developing and fostering long-term partnerships
Act as the primary point of contact for clients on day-to-day issues, being sure to include the entire Account Team in all high-level communications
Attend client meetings and travel as necessary
Schedule and coordinate "Campaign Reviews" with Strategist
Work with Strategist to determine omni channel, segmentation and campaign configuration to maximize program performance and ROI
Write Concept Memos in conjunction with the Strategy team to outline prior campaign results, and current testing strategies and projections to the client
Write Creative Briefs to direct Creative Team to develop various fundraising programs, including copywriting, to follow the strategic testing plan set forth by Strategist
Include mail, email/digital, social media and DRTV strategy where applicable
Work with the Strategist and Creative Team to facilitate client presentations and present creative/program elements to clients
Facilitate the sourcing of letter copy through internal Moore creative group or external resources as needed
Work with client to get content and images needed for various programs
Solid understanding of the deployment process for all execution channels including mail, digital (advertising, search, social), email, TM, DRTV (linear and connected)
Prepare/communicate to client and internal account team all Key Date Schedules to keep client in sync with Moore strategic timelines and supplier production schedules
Pull in needed URLs for digital integration where needed, testing to ensure they are functional before mailing
Gain written client approval on all communication components by providing client with PDFs or mock-ups in keeping with production timelines
Prepare billing instructions to Finance for client invoicing, ensuring that final program costs are aligned with the budget
Alert Program Teams if program costs don't meet budget expectations
