Location: Lockport, IL

Position Hours: 3:30 PM - 8:00 PM on variable weeknights and every other Saturday. (Closed on Sundays!)

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience right from the moment they walk through the door or call us.

• Greet and direct customers warmly, both in-person and over the phone.
• Organize and manage all incoming calls and visitor inquiries.
• Professionally communicate with customers, staff, and vendors.
• Process various forms of payment efficiently.
• Perform data entry for inventory management.
• Assist with daily sales reporting.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Previous customer service experience (automotive dealership experience preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation: Pay is competitive and dependent on experience.
