Seeking part-time bartenders with a minimum of 2 years of upscale dining experience at Lodge at Marconi. Must have proficiency in Aloha POS, possess a comprehensive understanding of wine and cocktails, and demonstrate exceptional customer service abilities. Looking for team players with strong hospitality skills who can effectively collaborate with coworkers.


Flexible availability is a must, including mornings, lunch shifts, evenings, holidays, and weekends. Essential qualities include punctuality, reliability, keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Compensation: $30 per hour for events; minimum wage plus tips for restaurant shifts.

Responsibilities:
  • Craft high-quality cocktails and serve a variety of beverages proficiently
  • Adhere to proper drink construction techniques and policies at all times
  • Interact with guests in a friendly, positive, and professional manner consistently
  • Maintain focus on performance, productivity, and teamwork throughout the entire shift
  • Communicate effectively with leadership and team members when needing assistance
  • Ensure pour consistency and demonstrate excellent drink-handling skills
  • Take responsibility for bar top maintenance and stocking duties
  • Keep the work area clean and organized
  • Exhibit accurate knowledge of the products being served
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in bartending
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of mixing drinks and cocktails
  • US work authorization
