Seeking part-time bartenders with a minimum of 2 years of upscale dining experience at Lodge at Marconi. Must have proficiency in Aloha POS, possess a comprehensive understanding of wine and cocktails, and demonstrate exceptional customer service abilities. Looking for team players with strong hospitality skills who can effectively collaborate with coworkers.
Flexible availability is a must, including mornings, lunch shifts, evenings, holidays, and weekends. Essential qualities include punctuality, reliability, keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Compensation: $30 per hour for events; minimum wage plus tips for restaurant shifts.
Responsibilities
•Craft high-quality cocktails and serve a variety of beverages proficiently
•Adhere to proper drink construction techniques and policies at all times
•Interact with guests in a friendly, positive, and professional manner consistently
•Maintain focus on performance, productivity, and teamwork throughout the entire shift
•Communicate effectively with leadership and team members when needing assistance
•Ensure pour consistency and demonstrate excellent drink-handling skills
•Take responsibility for bar top maintenance and stocking duties
•Keep the work area clean and organized
•Exhibit accurate knowledge of the products being served
Qualifications
•1-2 years of experience in bartending
•Excellent customer service skills
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•Knowledge of mixing drinks and cocktails
•US work authorization
