Shift Leader

ensures proper shift flow without the direct interaction of the General Manager. The Shift Leader is the second in command after management and is considered a back-up manager in case of emergency. The Shift Leader supervises the shift from start to finish, ensuring that the team upholds Roti’s high hospitality service and operational standards. The Shift Leader has a solid understanding of the staff’s strengths and weaknesses and is capable of establishing solid working relationships with teammates.
