$175-195k

What You Will Accomplish: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Business Development to join our Capital Markets and Investment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for raising equity for our Evergreen Fund and other projects, as well as managing investor relations. This position offers a great opportunity to join an experienced team of dedicated professionals operating in a highly successful environment and offers close partner and client interaction.

The Capital Markets team is dedicated to generating substantial returns for our investors through investment in high-performing real estate assets. The Vice President of Business Development will play a critical role in our team by strategizing and executing fundraising initiatives to support our real estate investment objectives. This individual will develop and maintain relationships with investors, presenting investment opportunities, and managing the overall fundraising process for our real estate fund. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: Fundraising and Investor Relations: Lead fundraising efforts to secure capital for our Evergreen Fund as well as other real estate investments. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential investors, including institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for raising capital. Compliance and Regulation: Ensure all fundraising activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with legal advisors to prepare and review fund documentation and investor agreements. Communication: Regularly communicate with investors to provide updates on fund performance, investment opportunities, and market insights.

What You Will Bring: Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Economics, and/or related disciplines A minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of raising equity for real estate projects, Private Equity, or Placement Agents Exceptional written and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with investors Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment Ability to mentor, train, and lead a team respectfully Ability to solve practical problems in situations with limited standardization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with strategic thinking capabilities A deep understanding of the real estate industry, with a focus on hospitality Familiarity with managing a network of Limited Partner relationships Excellent grasp of alternative asset classes Ability to wear multiple hats, perform well under pressure, and self-initiate Acute attention to accuracy and detail Highly motivated individual with demonstrated initiative, independence, and adaptability Extensive experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel Track record of raising funds from global investors; ideally demonstrating experience in raising $1bn This role will be based in the US

Great If You Have: A network of Sovereign Wealth Funds, Endowment Funds, and Pension Funds Experience as executives from top-tier investment funds, though investment banking professionals or placement agents will be considered
