As the Domestic Violence Program Director, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through: Assist in the preparation and submission of RFP’s for contracts and renewals for the Domestic Violence Program. Prepare and submit all reports to funders for the Domestic Violence Program. Participate in community and state-wide boards and committees related to the Domestic Violence Program and attend professional meetings and conferences. Ensure that staff will have professional training opportunities. Provide coverage for the 24/7 crisis hotline as additional staff are needed for intakes or emergencies, during a staff vacancy, or when a staff member is unable to cover due to illness, etc. Provide direct services to victims of domestic violence, including: running support groups, legal advocacy, referrals, transportation assistance, emergency assistance, counseling by phone and in person, and safety planning. Deliver goods and services through use of a personal vehicle. Domestic Violence Program Director Minimum Salary: $58,500 Domestic Violence Program Director Maximum Salary: $62,500 Domestic Violence Program Director Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30-4:00 Thursday 8:30-6:30 Occasional Weekend Shifts Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a related field 3-5 years of experience working with a diverse population NYS Driver's License
