Maus Family Automotive is a rapidly growing family-owned automotive group serving the greater Tampa Bay area – with convenient locations in Pasco, Hernando, and Hillsborough County! Customers travel from hundreds of miles away to find their dream car with us - the Maus reputation proceeds itself!

General Accountabilities

  • Greets customers in an upbeat and friendly manner
  • Receives payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, etc.
  • Issues receipts, refunds, credits, or change to customers as needed.
  • Counts money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
  • Calculates total payments received during a time period and reconciles this with total sales at the end of shift.
  • Assists the managers with various clerical duties as needed.
  • Assist customers by providing information and resolving their complaints.
  • Operate telephone system.
  • Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees.
  • Maintains clean and orderly checkout area
  • MUST BE WILLING TO WORK EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS. THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION.
