Hackensack University Medical Center has a leadership opportunity for an outstanding academically gifted fellowship trained trauma critical care surgeon to expand Hackensack University Medical Center’s ACS verified Adult Trauma Level 1 and Pediatric Level II programs. This candidate will proactively promote high standards of practice through rigorous performance improvement monitoring, resident and staff education, equity initiatives, and research. This individual should desire to inspire, mentor, and develop the trauma/critical care team and all levels of learners. The Division Chief must have expertise, vision, and energy to add to the future of trauma/critical care at Hackensack University Medical Center.The candidate should be qualified to serve at the associate professor or professor level at the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine.
