We are seeking an Administrative Assistant in New Orleans, Louisiana, for our client in the financial services industry. In this role, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for coordinating front desk operations, providing administrative support, and utilizing various software applications. This position offers a short-term contract to full time employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Effectively manage front desk operations and ensure smooth communication with clients
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to one or more financial advisors
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook on a daily basis for various tasks
• Leverage Salesforce Marketing tools to support project tasks and maintain client information
• Accurately update spreadsheets and perform data entry tasks
• Assist in the preparation of proposals and other client-related documentation
• Manage scheduling and calendar appointments for the team
• Work collaboratively within the administrative team to support daily tasks and projects
• Demonstrate technical proficiency with various computer software systems
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong communication skills to foster team collaboration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing is necessary
• Ability to perform receptionist duties effectively
• Experience in preparing proposals is crucial
• Proficiency in scheduling appointments and calendar management is mandatory
