We are offering a contract for a part-time Administrative Assistant position in Portland, Oregon. This role is pivotal in our client's team, managing administrative tasks such as overseeing calendar management, performing mail merges and bulk email campaigns, and compiling information into reports. In this role, you will be expected to multitask in a dynamic environment, maintain excellent communication, and pay keen attention to detail.


Responsibilities:


• Oversee administrative support tasks such as calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination.

• Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce, manage data entry, database upkeep, and troubleshoot any issues.

• Aid the marketing process by assisting in the creation and monitoring of marketing campaigns within Salesforce. This includes email campaigns, customer outreach, and event management.

• Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and correspondence for management.

• Coordinate team communications, including meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up tasks.

• Maintain and organize electronic files and records, ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

• Undertake additional administrative duties as required to support the team's operations.

• 2-3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position.

• Proven experience in providing high quality customer service.

• Proficiency in data entry tasks with attention to detail.

• Ability to handle email correspondence effectively and professionally.

• Experience with both inbound and outbound call handling.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and email management.

• Demonstrated ability in creating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Proficiency in creating and editing documents using Microsoft Word.

• Proven ability to schedule appointments effectively, managing multiple calendars if necessary.

• Experience in bulk mailings, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.

• Familiarity with the Salesforce platform, including data entry and report generation.
