We are in search of a diligent Administrative Assistant to join our team in Moultrie, Georgia. In this role, you will be handling a range of tasks, including processing customer requests, maintaining accurate client records, and resolving customer-related inquiries. As an integral part of our team, your focus will be to ensure smooth office operations and support the team's initiatives.


Responsibilities:


• Accurately process customer applications and maintain their records efficiently.

• Act as the primary point of contact for communication, including managing written and verbal correspondence.

• Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring all agendas are prepared and minutes are taken.

• Create and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

• Manage and prioritize the team's calendar, adjusting appointments as necessary.

• Conduct research and compile information to support various projects and initiatives.

• Arrange travel plans, expense reports, and reimbursements.

• Manage departmental records, files, and databases, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.

• Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the team.

• Adept at answering inbound calls and handling customer inquiries.

• Demonstrated proficiency in customer service is essential.

• Must be comfortable with email correspondence and be able to respond promptly and professionally.

• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls is necessary.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and analysis, is needed.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, including email management and scheduling, is required.

• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, including creating and editing presentations, is necessary.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including creating and editing documents, is needed.

• Must be able to schedule appointments and manage a busy calendar effectively.
