Job Description
Robert Half's client in Pleasant Hill is seeking a part-time front office administrative assistant. This is a contract-to-permanent position. The specific days/hours are flexible with an expected 15-25 hours per week.
Administrative Assistant duties include:
•Be the first point of contact for clients and potential clients.
•Understand and communicate client needs to Executive Director.
•Follow up on phone messages and website inquiries daily.
•Help clients set up appointments.
•Keep track of new contact information and update it in our system.
•Manage the calendars for Fiduciary Officers and Executive Director.
•Prepare for meetings and assist with tasks that follow the meetings.
•Assist with events, emails, social media, and community outreach.
•Update our website, blog, and other online content.
•Maintain marketing files and keep workspace tidy.
•Do some basic accounting.
•Organize files and keep track of mail.
•Pick up and sort mail, highlighting important items for higher-ups.
•Work on tasks assigned by the Executive Director to expand your knowledge.
•Stick to a regular work schedule, with potential for more hours as needed.
•Work mainly in Pleasant Hill, with some potential travel for events or client visits.
•Drive safely with a valid driver's license and your own car insurance.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must• Proven administrative or assistant experience
