We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Milton, Massachusetts. The chosen candidate will join our team in the education industry, supporting various administrative functions in a dynamic workplace.
Responsibilities:
• Handle student enrollment support functions, ensuring smooth operations and accuracy.
• Facilitate departmental communication, serving as a crucial link between different administrative offices.
• Perform data entry tasks with precision, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records.
• Generate ad hoc reports as required, providing valuable insights and information.
• Support faculty members in their administrative needs, contributing to the overall efficiency of the department.
• Carry out various additional clerical duties as needed, contributing to the smooth running of the office.• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance is required, including but not limited to tasks such as managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Demonstrable experience in Administrative Office tasks such as filing, creating documents, and maintaining office supplies.
• Strong Data Entry skills are required, including the ability to enter data quickly and accurately, and familiarity with a variety of data entry software.
• Ability to perform Ad Hoc Reporting tasks including creating, analyzing, and delivering reports as needed.
