Job Description
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity from January 2025 to April 2025 for an Administrative Assistant in Neenah, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be expected to perform a variety of administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, data entry, and managing email correspondence.
Responsibilities:
• Responding to inbound and outbound calls in a detail-oriented manner
• Providing excellent customer service to all callers
• Accurately entering data into our system and ensuring all customer records are up to date
• Handling email correspondence effectively and efficiently
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook for various administrative tasks
• Scheduling appointments as needed
• Organizing and filing documents for easy access and retrieval.
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong capabilities in data entry with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Experienced in managing email correspondence, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with ability to create spreadsheets, charts, and formulas.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Outlook for email, calendar management, and scheduling.
• Ability to create effective presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word for document creation, formatting, and editing.
• Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
