Contract Duration: 4 months (with opportunity to extend)

Pay Rate: $15-$16/hour

Swoon is actively seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the team of our client - an evolving energy company! You'll be an integral part of the team - helping executives and being responsible for administrative duties!

What will your day-to-day look like?

•  Scan all files into a cloud-based centralized storage platform based on predetermined qualifications such as age of information, characteristics of importance, and document type.
• Ensure all scanned items are relocated to the appropriate predetermined folders within the cloud-based storage platform.
• Work closely with the Health and Safety Department to identify document importance, the appropriate age of the information that requires storage, and which documents are disposable.
• Gain understanding on the functionality and utilization of the scanning process and the technology involved.
• Utilize an appropriate shredding process when handling delicate and confidential customer information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all documents at all times.
