• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various tasks including data management and reporting
• Download and rename contract files, ensuring proper organization and accessibility
• Scan and manage insurance renewals, keeping records up-to-date
• Deliver high-quality customer service, resolving inquiries promptly and effectively
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word for communication and document creation purposes
• Maintain accurate customer records, updating information as needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is vital for this role.• Must have experience in data entry tasks and be able to maintain high levels of accuracy.
