We are seeking an experienced Administrative/Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be efficient, resourceful, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and assist in financial reporting for property management.
  • Handle annual tax document processing.
  • Carry out administrative tasks: filing, typing, copying, and scanning.
  • Write memos and correspondence, create spreadsheets, and generate reports.
  • Resolve administrative issues and support special projects.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintain office supply inventories and coordinate equipment maintenance.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an office environment
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • Professional communication skills via phone, email, and mail
  • Ability to take initiative and manage projects independently
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on timely completion of tasks
  • Capability to handle confidential information

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of general accounting concepts
  • Proficient in Yardi Voyager and Outlook
