We are seeking an experienced Administrative/Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be efficient, resourceful, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and assist in financial reporting for property management.
- Handle annual tax document processing.
- Carry out administrative tasks: filing, typing, copying, and scanning.
- Write memos and correspondence, create spreadsheets, and generate reports.
- Resolve administrative issues and support special projects.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain office supply inventories and coordinate equipment maintenance.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks.
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an office environment
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Professional communication skills via phone, email, and mail
- Ability to take initiative and manage projects independently
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on timely completion of tasks
- Capability to handle confidential information
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of general accounting concepts
- Proficient in Yardi Voyager and Outlook
