Job Description
One of our client in the Walnut Creek area is looking for an Accounting Specialist for a contract to permanent placement opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer credit applications in an efficient manner
• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) operations
• Reconcile accounts and ensure all financial data is accurate
• Assist in billing processes and procedures
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
• Operate Yardi Voyager for property management and accounting tasks
• Manage debits and ensure they align with company standards
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Admin tasks as needed
• Proficiency in Dr/Cr
• Data Entry skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Yardi Voyager software
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
• Confidentiality and integrity in handling financial information
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
