We are recruiting for a Sr. Administrative Assistant role based in DENVER, Colorado. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity in the industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining our office environment and handling a variety of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain a clean, well-organized, and properly lit office environment
• Monitor and replenish office supplies, beverages, and snacks as needed
• Manage the receiving, distribution, and sending of mail and packages
• Oversee the maintenance of printers and copiers, ensuring they are properly stocked and functional
• Handle the general inbox email account and incoming faxes
• Answer the main telephone line, connecting callers to the appropriate contacts or taking messages
• Welcome office guests, ensuring their comfort and validating their parking
• Assist with ordering lunch for meetings and coordinating both on-site and off-site events
• Provide backup support for scheduling, overflow tasks, and special projects as requested
• Keep the kitchen and communal areas clean and tidy throughout the day.• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Experience in creating and managing Banner Ads
• Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings for virtual communication and collaboration
• Proficiency in using Concur for travel and expense management
• Experience with CRM software for customer relationship management
• Knowledge of About Time for efficient time tracking
• Familiarity with Budget Processes, including planning and execution
• Ability to handle Calendar Management effectively
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in coordinating and managing Conference Calls
