Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently working with a company looking for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant in the Fort Worth TX area. If you have the qualifications listed below and are interested in this opportunity- apply with us today!
Responsibilities:
Assist the shipping department with daily administrative support.
Send out invoices weekly for shipments.
Verify information of shipments daily.
Print out shipping labels.
Ensure all documents are collected for each shipment (container info, FedEx tracking info, certificates, etc.).
Place orders for office supplies as needed.
Assist with other administrative support daily.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish- Required
2-3 years in an administrative or office support role
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Highly organized, able to set priorities, attention to detail, strong multi-tasker
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Details:
Onsite, M-F, 8-5
Pay: $20-22/hr.
Type: contract to hire
Location: Fort Worth, TX 76106
