Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant for a contract-to-hire position in Tallahassee, FL . This is for a financial company with an excellent reputation.
Responsibilities:
Reviews documentation submitted by brokers for accuracy and completeness for funding purposes.
Creates accounts and actions endorsements within the Service Level Agreement communicated to the customers.
Liaises with internal associates, external vendors and customers regarding finance documentation.
Generates required daily and monthly reports.
Assists account managers with documentation.
Updates and maintains internal systems.
Completing administrative activities associated with serving customers, including accessing information and communicating transaction details.
Qualifications:
A completed bachelor's degree from an accredited university or a combination of post-secondary education and work experience
Must be bilingual- English/Spanish speaking
Minimum of one year working in the financial or banking industry preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire; Hybrid after training
