North Trail RV is looking for an Office Administrative Assistant to support the procedures and processes at the Collision Center. The Office Administrative Assistant helps the operational procedures of the Collision Center, its customers, and vendors. The Office Administrative Assistant should be organized, detail oriented, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Sends check and credit card transactions to accounting
  • Oversees appointments and creates repair orders
  • Updates production schedule and folders for new appointments
  • Requests warranty repair authorizations and submits insurance authorizations
  • Prepares dispatch packets
  • Collects technicians daily work log and books hours in the system
  • Makes phone calls to verify vendor information and payment
  • Answers incoming calls and connects them to appropriate department
  • Maintains and organizes filing cabinet
  • Assists with payroll and end of month invoicing and repair orders.

Requirements:

  • Experience in administration preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Pre-employment screenings including background and drug test
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to perform diversified clerical functions and basic accounting procedures.
  • Ability to work 8 hours shift Monday-Friday and weekends as needed
