We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations across various departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in office software, and have the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and manage emails.
  • Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records in both digital and physical formats.
  • Assist with organizing office events, conferences, and team-building activities.
  • Handle office supplies inventory, ordering new stock as necessary.
  • Support the HR department with onboarding and employee records management.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in internal databases.
  • Provide general support to visitors and staff as needed.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required by management.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
