Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring all information is up to date and easily accessible.
  • Assist in coordinating company events and meetings, including logistics and material preparation.
  • Handle inquiries from clients and team members in a professional manner.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
