OCT Consulting is an SBA-certified, 8(a) small business management and technology consulting firm that provides support to Federal Government clients. We provide consulting services in the areas of Strategy, Process Improvement, Change Management, Program and Project Management, Acquisition/Procurement, and Information Technology.
Responsibilities and Duties
OCT is looking for an
Executive Administrator
to support the CISA Cybersecurity Division (CSD). CSD leads the Nation’s strategic and unified work to strengthen the security, resilience, and workforces of the cyber ecosystem to protect critical services. The Executive Administrator will support all areas related to administration support for the CSD.
This position is contingent upon contract award. Role: Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. Coordinate and prioritize executive's tasks and commitments, ensuring efficient time management and meeting deadlines. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents for executives, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, including staff, clients, and partners, by handling inquiries and relaying messages. Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, and preparing travel itineraries for executives. Qualifications: At least ten (10) years of demonstrated experience managing projects and working in administration on a full-time basis. At least 10 years of experience in supporting government with a wide range of administrative services. Master's degree in a related field. Demonstrated expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (to include PowerPoint, Visio, Project, OneNote, SharePoint, Power BI). Strong verbal and communication skills. Must be a US Citizen. Salary Range:
$65,000-95,000 to commensurate with experience, education, etc. Benefits: The position includes competitive compensation and a full suite of benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance.
