Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder when necessary.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
- Assist in maintaining the organization of physical and digital files.
- Perform general office management tasks such as data entry, faxing, and photocopying.
- Assist with human resources tasks including new employee onboarding and maintaining employee records.
- Support other departments as needed and provide assistance with special projects.
- Manage and update office calendars and schedules.
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership and staff as required.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
