PAMHC is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Integrated Health Services (IHS) program. IHS is a model of healthcare delivery that utilizes a patient-centered holistic approach to coordination of care for individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. Position is 40 hours per week Monday through Friday.
Pay Range:
$16.23 to $18.35 depending on experience

Position Summary:
This position requires an organized, detail-oriented person with the ability to multi-task and provide support to the Chief Program Officer and multiple IHS Teams. Administrative assistant tasks will include, but are not limited to, billing, processing enrollments and disenrollments, responding to emails, and communicating with other entities on behalf of IHS.

- Computer Skills
- Valid Driver’s License and Insurance
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual a plus, but not required
