Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the organization by handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This role ensures the smooth functioning of office operations, supports staff members, and enhances organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers and staff
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, memos, and presentations
  • Order office supplies and ensure equipment is properly maintained
  • Assist in event planning and coordination, both internal and external
  • Support project management tasks and track deadlines
  • Coordinate with vendors and manage office-related logistics
  • Perform data entry, maintain databases, and ensure accurate records
  • Provide support in human resources tasks such as maintaining personnel files and onboarding new employees

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
