Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support:

    • Manage office communications, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
    • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
    • Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Office Management:

    • Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring the office is well-stocked and equipment is functional.
    • Collaborate with building management for maintenance and facility needs.
    • Greet and assist visitors, creating a welcoming environment for clients and partners.
  • Data Management:

    • Input, update, and maintain data in company databases, ensuring information is current and accurate.
    • Generate reports and summaries as needed by the team or leadership.
  • Project Assistance:

    • Support various projects by conducting research, preparing materials, and helping with logistics.
    • Take meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up on deliverables.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
