Immediate Hire! We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to keep everything running smoothly. Interviews will take place the first week of June.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable staff
  • Create and maintain employee files
  • Schedule meetings via Zoom and MS Teams
  • Answer inbound telephone calls and transfer as appropriate
  • Scan documents to distribute to staff

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Previous payroll and/or accounts payable and/or accounts receivable required
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Previous experience managing travel for a team is preferred

This is an in-office position and office is located in Pasadena. Start time can be anytime between 8am and 10am. This is a full-time position and requires 40 hours per week.
